Premi Taula de Canvi (Societat Catalana d'Economia)

The Premi Taula de Canvi is an annual prize awarded to a researcher under fifty years of age affiliated to a university or research centre within the Catalan linguistic domain, in recognition of scientific contribution in any area of economics. The award includes a monetary prize and a commemorative artistic piece. Candidates must be proposed by qualifying institutions, members of the Societat Catalana d'Economia (SCE) or by an ad hoc nominations committee established by the SCE Executive Committee. The jury is formed by recognised researchers selected by the SCE Executive Committee.

€5,000 cash prize and a commemorative piece of art.

Researchers younger than fifty years of age on 2026-12-31 who are affiliated to a university or research centre of the Catalan linguistic domain. Candidates must be proposed by public or private institutions linked to economic research, one or more members of the SCE, or an ad hoc nominations committee established by the SCE Executive Committee.

Candidatures must be sent by email to the Prize Nominations Committee at sce@iec.cat and must include a brief justification of the candidate's merits and an updated curriculum vitae. Proposals may be submitted by qualifying institutions, SCE members or an ad hoc nominations committee.
