Welfare, che impresa!

Welfare, che impresa! is a competition that awards and supports projects of social welfare promoted by entities capable of producing benefits for local development. It targets projects in areas such as social agriculture, cultural and landscape valorisation, reuse of unused public assets or assets confiscated from organised crime, care and social-health services including inclusion of vulnerable people, and environmental/climate solutions. Winners receive cash prizes and access to mentorship, financing and business support services.

Cash prizes (€40,000 for first place; €20,000 for second to fourth), 10 personalised mentorship sessions with an incubator, access to a zero-interest loan up to €50,000, a free bank account for 36 months, possible crowdfunding campaign on ideatre60 and facilitated access to Impacton's Scaling Program.

Legal entities established no more than 5 years prior or to be constituted (those to be constituted must be established within 6 months of winners being announced).
