Mentoring (Mentoring-Förderung) – Fonds der Chemischen Industrie

The Mentoring funding programme of the Fonds der Chemischen Industrie supports partnerships between schools and university chemistry institutes (including universities of applied sciences). It funds cooperation projects such as Schülerlaboratories, experimental courses and science camps, and activities that give children and young people realistic impressions of chemical occupations. Applications are reviewed in two rounds per year.

Funding for cooperation projects such as student laboratories, experiment courses and science camps; support for activities conveying information about careers in chemistry.

Chemistry institutes of universities and universities of applied sciences that engage in cooperation projects (mentoring) with schools. Activities aimed at giving children, pupils and young people realistic impressions of chemical professions are eligible.
