DevCon

DevCon is a regional, multi-day professional development conference for college freshmen and sophomores from public and private historically Black colleges and universities (HBCUs). Participants receive professional and leadership training, engage in hands-on workshops, and gain insights into business essentials. The conference provides direct access to TMCF corporate partners and opportunities and identifies a pool of high-potential early-talent students.
