CTU network training and development funding

Cancer Research UK's Clinical Trials Unit (CTU) network offers flexible funding to support the development of future chief investigators through CTU-based training and development activities. The funding is intended for clinical trainees in specialty training and for clinicians with agreed protected research time. Funding is managed directly by individual CTUs across the network and replaces the previous Clinical Trials Fellowship programme. Funding cannot be used to support NHS service delivery.

Support for training and development within a CTU to gain skills, experience and practical knowledge needed to lead future clinical trials.
