The Prix résidence d'auteur is an annual writers' residency awarded by the Fondation des Treilles to francophone fiction or essay authors. The prize provides a 2-to-3-month residency in a house on the Domaine des Treilles (periods between March–July and September–November) and a monthly allowance. Meals and cleaning are provided during the stay.

Conditions d'éligibilité

Applications are open exclusively to francophone authors who have already published at least one non-collective book in French with a publisher (no self-publishing).

Candidature

Complete the application form (available in January–February) and send the application dossier as a single PDF to prix.ecriture@fondationdestreilles.com; shortlisted candidates must send one or more books for final selection; jury decision communicated in June.
