It is administered by the Asian Cultural Council (ACC), which has supported international cultural exchange since 1963 and funds activities in various artistic disciplines.

Financial support for travel and living costs, international networking, professional development, exposure to new artistic practices, and connection with ACC alumni.

Eligibility varies by grant category, but is generally limited to citizens or legal permanent residents of eligible regions and requires relevant artistic or cultural experience.

Applicants may need a résumé/CV, biography, personal statement, work samples, and letters of recommendation.
