UNIV’R Master’s Scholarship Program For Refugee Students 2026

The UNIV’R Master’s Scholarship Program is a formal partnership between UNHCR, Campus France, and AUF to facilitate admission and relocation of refugee students to France to complete a Master’s degree. It targets displaced individuals and provides pathways for admission to French higher education with a focus on professional and academic development. Participants receive a comprehensive package to support their study and integration in France.

Full tuition fee waiver, monthly living stipend, travel to France, housing assistance, visa processing support, and health insurance.

Be an individually recognized refugee by UNHCR or a state authority, currently living in a first country of asylum outside the EU, hold a Bachelor’s degree (Bac+3), and have a B2 level in French or English depending on program language.
