Chief Executive Officer

The Regional Psychosocial Support Initiative (REPSSI) seeks an experienced Chief Executive Officer to provide strategic leadership and drive growth, sustainability and regional influence. The role is based in Randburg, South Africa, and involves managing a multinational, pan-African organisation with a focus on psychosocial wellbeing and mental health. The contract is five years, subject to donor funding and performance, with travel up to 50% and remuneration commensurate with qualifications and experience.

Remuneration commensurate with qualifications and experience; regional travel; opportunities to lead strategic initiatives and influence policy.

Applicants must possess a master’s degree in Social Sciences, Management or a relevant discipline, alongside at least eight years of senior leadership experience and ten years of overall relevant professional experience.
