The Sycom Cybersecurity Talent Pipeline Scholarship Programme 2026/27 is a free six-week online training initiative for aspiring cybersecurity professionals from African countries. It provides introductory cybersecurity training, hands-on labs, certification exam vouchers, mentorship, career guidance and potential sponsorship for top performers. The programme targets beginners with limited prior experience and aims to develop practical digital security skills, with the top five participants eligible for full sponsorship for advanced training with work experience and mentorship.
