The New Roots Institute Fellowship is a structured leadership and advocacy program designed to equip emerging changemakers with knowledge, skills, and a supportive community to challenge industrial animal agriculture. It offers a two-phase structure: a six-week virtual Leadership Academy followed by an Academic Year Fellowship with hands-on advocacy campaigns, coaching, and tailored resources.

Includes $2,500 fellowship funding, potential $2,000 Empowerment Award, personalized mentorship, and ongoing leadership development opportunities within the Alumni Network.
