Asia Foundation Development Fellows Program 2025

The Asia Foundation Development Fellows program is a dynamic, multifaceted learning program designed for highly talented Asian individuals under age 40 to enhance their leadership skills, development knowledge, professional networks, and international exposure. The 2025 edition focuses on Climate Action, incorporating leadership training, exchanges, and mentorship across Asia, the United States, and the Pacific region.

Professional Development Award up to US$5,000; executive coaching and mentoring; leadership training; international exchanges and networking opportunities.

Candidates must have a demonstrable record related to climate action, be under 40 years of age by January 1, 2025, be conversant in English, be able to participate in all program components on the specified dates, and be able to secure a visa for travel to the United States.
