SHE-CAN Scholarship Program 2027 in the USA

A full-ride undergraduate scholarship program for young women from selected countries to study in the United States. The program provides university scholarship support, leadership development, mentorship, test preparation, and career guidance, with ongoing support through the application journey and assistance in securing scholarships from partner institutions.

Full scholarship to partner U.S. colleges/universities, SAT/ACT and IELTS/TOEFL preparation, examination registration fees, mentoring by U.S. mentors, leadership development, visa and passport support, international airfare, textbooks and health insurance, Leadership Summit participation, internship opportunities, and career support after graduation.

Applicants must be female, 17–20 years old, a citizen of Cambodia, Guatemala, or Liberia, be graduating from high school or have recently graduated, and demonstrate leadership and strong English skills with a commitment to returning home after graduation.
