LEAP Africa Social Innovators Programme (SIP) 2026

The LEAP Africa Social Innovators Programme (SIP) is a 9-month fellowship for young African social entrepreneurs. It provides virtual sessions, mentorship, and opportunities to connect with investors and policymakers, culminating in an awards ceremony. The program supports enterprises addressing challenges within Africa and covers learning areas such as social innovation, market access, funding models, financial management, and impact measurement.

9 months of learning and development including 4–6 weeks of intensive virtual sessions, 4 months of mentorship, and a convergence at the end of the programme for an awards ceremony; participants may have opportunities to present their social enterprises to potential investors, funders and policymakers.

Citizens or permanent residents of African nations, with a locally-based enterprise addressing African challenges, founder or co-founder of a venture, and aged 18–35 as of April 2026.
