The Cultural Heritage at the Heart of Climate Action: Asia-Pacific Regional Conference 2026 is an international conference bringing together researchers, policymakers, heritage practitioners, and youth leaders to address climate challenges through cultural and traditional knowledge. The event aims to explore how heritage can contribute to climate adaptation, mitigation, and resilience in the Asia-Pacific region and to foster collaboration among city managers, researchers, and climate experts. It is organized by UNESCO and will be held in Kyoto, Japan, with a hybrid format (in-person and online).
