ASEAN-China Young Leaders Scholarship (ACYLS) 2026/2027

The ASEAN-China Young Leaders Scholarship (ACYLS) 2026/2027 is a government-funded program that provides fully funded opportunities for graduate study and research in China, aimed at emerging leaders from ASEAN countries. It covers degree studies (Master’s and PhD) as well as short-term research positions, with a view to promoting regional cooperation and leadership development between ASEAN and China.

Monthly living stipend, full tuition waiver and school fees, round-trip international airfare, accommodation, medical insurance, settlement allowance, and an annual academic report requirement.

Applicants must be citizens of an ASEAN member country, hold an undergraduate or graduate degree, be under 45 for master’s/doctoral applicants, have at least one year of work experience, and meet language and health requirements.
