The BDSY Program 2026 is a comprehensive youth development initiative focused on leadership, innovation, and community engagement. It blends theory with practical work, offering workshops, real-world project application, mentorship, and opportunities to connect with peers and mentors across a global or regional cohort. The programme aims to equip young people with leadership, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills to tackle social challenges and create scalable impact.

Open to young people typically between late teens and early 30s who are interested in leadership, innovation, and community engagement and who are willing to commit time to learning and collaboration.
