Chevening LSE Fellowship 2026–27

The Chevening LSE Fellowship is a fully funded programme hosted by the London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE) that enables mid-career professionals to conduct a defined research project at LSE for 3, 6, or 9 months. Fellows join relevant university departments or institutes, receive guidance from a faculty advisor, and present their final paper at LSE. The programme provides access to seminars and cultural events organized by FCDO and the Chevening Secretariat, with selected allowances for research activities.

Full funding of fees, living expenses, travel reimbursements, and research-related allowances; access to seminars and cultural events; opportunity to present final work at LSE.

Mid-career professionals, ideally with a postgraduate degree or equivalent experience. Applicants should be able to secure a host supervisor and commit to returning to their home country after the fellowship.
