The President Tinubu Engineering Mentorship Program is a nationwide initiative of the Federal Ministry of Works in Nigeria, aimed at empowering unemployed graduate engineers and skilled artisans through training, mentorship, and hands-on experience in infrastructure projects. Participants receive mentorship, hands-on field training, and career development support, including a monthly stipend and certification upon completion.

Conditions d'éligibilité
Graduate engineers (B.Eng, B.Tech, or HND in Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering) who are unemployed and not in government service, and skilled artisans (unemployed, Nigerian citizens) aged 18–45 who are willing to undergo training and safety certification.
