Friedrich- Ebert – Stiftung Kenya Political Leadership and Governance Programme 2026

The Friedrich-Ebert-Stiftung Kenya Political Leadership and Governance Programme 2026 targets young Kenyan future leaders aged 18-35 drawn from civil society organizations, trade unions, and political parties. The programme combines two weeks of immersive training with a four-month mentorship journey to develop soft and hard leadership skills. It aims to empower young leaders, including those from marginalized groups, to participate in shaping a more inclusive and democratic Kenya.
