Sir James McNeill Postgraduate Research Scholarship

The Sir James McNeill Postgraduate Research Scholarship at Monash University supports graduate research students with living costs while they undertake environmentally responsible and socially beneficial research. It is open to both Australian and international students who meet Monash’s requirements and who apply for graduate research study. The award provides a living allowance, a research allowance, and relocation assistance if eligible.

Living allowance (stipend), research allowance, relocation allowance if eligible

Eligible applicants include Australian citizens, New Zealand citizens, Australian permanent residents, Australian humanitarian visa holders, and international students who have submitted a scholarship application in the year the scholarship is offered.

Applications for graduate research scholarships are made at the time of applying for your course; a single application is used for both admission and scholarships, and applicants are automatically considered for all graduate research scholarships they are eligible for.
