NNPC-SNEPCo Postgraduate Scholarship

The NNPC–SNEPCo Postgraduate Scholarship supports Nigerian students to undertake one-year MSc studies in oil and gas-related courses at the University of Aberdeen (UK) and Newcastle University (UK). The program is funded by Shell Nigeria Exploration and Production Company Limited (SNEPCo) in partnership with NNPC and co-venturers for the academic year starting September 2026. Benefits include full tuition fees, an economy return flight Nigeria–UK, contribution towards living expenses, and medical insurance in line with UK visa requirements.

Applicants must be Nigerian citizens residing in Nigeria, aged 21–28 by 30 September 2026, hold a degree equivalent to UK Upper Second-Class Honours, have completed NYSC by Sept 2026, possess a valid Nigerian passport, meet English requirements, and not have studied previously in the UK or other developed countries.

Apply for admission to eligible MSc programmes at Aberdeen or Newcastle; scholarship application forms available after formal admission offer; submit by 8 June 2026; shortlisted candidates will have interviews with SNEPCo before final selection.
