Delta State Government Bursary and Scholarship 2026 for Students of Delta State

The Delta State Bursary and Scholarship Board invites qualified Delta State Students in public tertiary institutions to participate in the Student’s Special Assistance Scheme (Bursary Award). It covers undergraduate, Masters and PhD students on a regular programme. The scheme requires a minimum CGPA and is intended for students who are residents of Delta State and currently enrolled in recognized institutions in Nigeria or abroad.

Financial support in the form of a scholarship and a bursary

Be of Delta State origin, be a registered full-time student at a public or private tertiary institution, have a CGPA of 2.20 or above, reside in Nigeria, and be in good standing; Diploma students are not eligible. Masters and PhD students are eligible; standard English language/IELTS requirements may apply for overseas studies.
