Garden Scholarship 2026/2027

The Garden Scholarship at the University of Edinburgh provides full tuition fee coverage for the Postgraduate Certificate in Surgical Writing and Evidence-Based Practice (online learning). It is intended for applicants who are admitted to or currently enrolled in the PgCert or PgProfDev pathway, with preference for applicants from eligible African and other ODA-listed regions. One award is available for the 2026–2027 entry.

Full tuition fee coverage (£5,070) for the PgCert programme.

Applicants must be admitted to the PgCert Surgical Writing and Evidence Based Practice (online learning) for 2026–2027 or currently enrolled in the PgProfDev Surgical Writing and Evidence Based Practice programme and intend to complete the PgCert; must be domiciled in eligible countries listed (sub-Saharan Africa, parts of Asia, and other ODA-listed regions).

Apply for admission to the PgCert Surgical Writing and Evidence Based Practice programme online, then submit the scholarship application by 1 June 2026 via the MyEd (EUCLID) system.
