World Trade Organization (WTO) Internship Programme 2026 in Geneva, Switzerland

The WTO Secretariat offers internship programmes for postgraduate students and PhD candidates. Internships involve research, policy analysis, and operational tasks across areas such as trade law, economics, statistics, and administration, with the aim of deepening academic knowledge and exposing participants to international diplomacy and trade governance.

Daily allowance, medical insurance, travel expenses coverage (where applicable), health insurance subsidy for certain tracks.

Nationals of WTO member countries or observer states; General Programme requires undergraduate studies plus at least 1 year of postgraduate studies; PhD Programme accepts doctoral candidates from developing countries.
