AFRIKA KOMMT! Fellowship Program For Young African Professionals 2026 (Fully Funded to Germany)

AFRIKA KOMMT! is a fellowship program that connects visionary African professionals with leading German companies. It offers a one-year career and life-transformational experience, including round-trip airfare, accommodation in Germany, a monthly living stipend, comprehensive health insurance, intensive German language courses, management and leadership training, and an eight-month hands-on experience within a leading German company.

Citizenship of an African state, a university degree in a relevant subject, two to five years of relevant work experience, excellent knowledge of English, basic knowledge of German is an advantage, and not older than 35 years.
