Inspiring the Outstanding Scholarship

KU Leuven Inspiring the Outstanding Scholarship is a merit-based master’s scholarship offered by KU Leuven to exceptional international students who wish to study in Belgium. It is funded through the KU Leuven International Scholarship Fund and provides a full tuition waiver and a living allowance to selected recipients for the duration of their master’s programme.

Full tuition fee waiver and living allowance; duration aligned with master’s programme as specified.

International students of all nationalities applying to eligible KU Leuven Master’s programmes; students with excellent academic performance and English proficiency requirements met.

Apply for an eligible KU Leuven Master’s programme before 15 January 2026; submit the KU Leuven Scholarships & Master Mind Candidacy Form as an annex; if nominated, submit a one-minute motivational video by a specified date.
