Conditions d'éligibilité
Undocumented students with or without DACA or TPS, who entered the U.S. before age 16 and before November 1, 2020, and who qualify for in-state tuition at a Partner College (National Scholarship) or reside in a locked-out state and can gain admission to an Opportunity Partner College (Opportunity Scholarship).
