This fellowship gathers a new generation of African researchers to audit Digital Public Infrastructure (DPI) governance through a human rights and democratic lens. It includes a multi-month curriculum focused on DPI governance, field research, and policy outputs, culminating in policy-relevant outputs and a network of digital rights and policy practitioners. Fellows receive a stipend and develop research protocols, field notes, and policy outputs.
