ECOWAS-YEP Youth Training Program

The ECOWAS Strategy on Youth Employability Project (ECOWAS-YEP) is a fully supported agricultural training initiative implemented by the Association of Organic Agriculture Practitioners of Nigeria (NOAN). It trains Nigerian youth in practical, sustainable agricultural practices to boost employability and support agri-food value chains, including organic farming and related activities, with several modules spanning online and in-person sessions and resulting in certification and post-training opportunities.

Certification in organic agriculture; practical training across modules; business plan development and cooperative building; access to professional networks and post-training opportunities; priority for women and underrepresented youth.

Nigerian youth aged 18–35 years who are passionate about agriculture and agri-business; women and marginalized groups are strongly encouraged to apply.
