Moroccan Government Scholarships 2025

The Kingdom of Morocco, through bilateral cooperation agreements, offers fully funded scholarships to students from Liberia and Zambia for the 2025/2026 academic year. The scholarships cover a range of programs including Technical and Vocational Education and Training (TVET), Bachelor’s degrees, Medicine, Engineering, and other specialized fields, with programs taught in French. Benefits include full tuition coverage, a monthly stipend, health insurance, one-year French language training, accommodation and living support, and airfare.
