AFC Fellowship

The AFC Fellowship is a leadership development programme run by Common Purpose in collaboration with the Africa Finance Corporation (AFC). It targets emerging leaders from Africa, the global South, and the global North to address climate challenges through collaborative dialogue and partnership. The fellowship emphasizes leadership development, innovation, and expanding networks across diverse sectors and communities.

Participants develop leadership capabilities, expand networks with peers and senior leaders, and gain skills for addressing climate solutions and global challenges.

Open to emerging leaders from Africa, the global South and North with 5+ years of professional experience.
