Silicon Carbide: Device Integration for Quantum Technologies

A WE-Heraeus seminar on integration of silicon carbide color centers into photonic and electronic devices, covering materials science, nanofabrication, photonics, electronics and quantum sensing. The program includes contributed talks and a poster session with participation from academia, industry and policy. The event is aimed at fostering collaborations and strengthening global networks around silicon carbide-based quantum technologies. The conference language will be English and the Wilhelm and Else Heraeus-Foundation covers full-board accommodation for all participants.
