UNESCO MGIEP/APCEIU 12th Youth Leadership Workshop on GCED 2026

The UNESCO MGIEP and APCEIU co-host the 12th Youth Leadership Workshop on GCED, aimed at empowering young leaders to engage with peace-building through media and the arts. The workshop seeks to enable participants to translate peace into action and develop advocacy initiatives at the local level. Successful participants may access an exclusive mentorship programme after the workshop.

Costs covered for travel and stay; eligibility to apply for an exclusive mentorship programme after the workshop.

Eligible participants are born between 1998 and 2007, proficient in English, with at least 2 years of active involvement in youth activities, from an Official Development Assistance recipient country, and who have completed the designated prerequisite GCED online course.
