Technology summer and winter schools at EuroTech Universities

A funding scheme by the EuroTech Universities Alliance to support selected 2-to-7-day interdisciplinary summer and winter schools organised by doctoral candidates from at least three member universities. The schools are aimed at Master students in their final phase, PhD students and postdocs and should address cutting-edge topics in science and technology of high relevance to science and society. Successful proposals receive financial support to cover on-site costs and may have travel/accommodation costs covered as described by the participating universities.

Financial support to cover on-site costs; possible coverage of travel and accommodation for non-EuroTech speakers; each participating EuroTech university covers travel and accommodation of its own participants and organisers.

Organisers must be doctoral candidates and proposals must involve 1-2 doctoral candidates from each participating EuroTech University with at least three EuroTech Universities participating; the schools are organised for Master students in their final phase, PhD students and postdocs.

Submit a summer/winter school proposal form, a 2-3 page detailed proposal, a 1-page programme, a budget overview, and support letters from professors/academics at least three EuroTech Universities; contact your university for templates and deadlines.
