Network & Membership Coordinator

The United Network of Young Peacebuilders is recruiting a Network & Membership Coordinator to oversee network development and member engagement. The role is based in The Hague, with responsibilities including coordination of regional networks and supervision of staff and volunteers, starting in May 2026. It is a paid, 0.8 FTE contract with a set salary and benefits package.

Salary (€2,556 gross/month for 0.8 FTE), 8% holiday allowance, commuting/work-from-home compensation, free lunches when in office, 20 days annual leave plus Dutch public holidays, remote working allowance, annual training budget, opportunities to travel for activities.

A relevant university degree at Bachelor’s level and at least 2 years of demonstrated experience in peacebuilding, development, human rights, or humanitarian action; experience in network development and community management; proficiency in English.
