Cyber Effects Fellowship Programme

A 10-month fellowship administered by RUSI and funded by the National Cyber Force to develop early-career expertise on cyber effects and offensive cyber operations. The programme combines online professional development seminars with at least two in-person workshops and networking opportunities. Fellows investigate contemporary issues in cyber operations, develop policy ideas and may produce short-form Cyber Effects Perspectives, with mentorship from RUSI cyber and tech staff and senior experts.

At least two in-person workshops, one social event, eight online seminars, mentoring from RUSI cyber and tech team and senior experts, opportunities to showcase research to RUSI’s network, and professional development support.

Early-career professionals with 3-7 years of professional experience (including postgraduate study), highly proficient in English, primarily open to British citizens and citizens of other NATO member states currently residing or studying in the United Kingdom, and UK-based with willingness to travel to London and another UK location for at least three in-person meetings.
