A fully funded graduate scholarship programme sponsored by the Korean government for international students to pursue master's, doctoral, or research programs in Korea for the 2026-2027 academic year. The programme selects over 2000 international students from many countries and includes Korean language training and degree study. Applications are processed via two tracks: Embassy Track or University Track, with a two-stage selection process.

Conditions d'éligibilité
All applicants must be international students (Korean citizens are not eligible); both the applicant and their parents must hold non-Korean citizenship. Applicants must be under 40 years of age at time of application. Master's applicants must hold a Bachelor's degree; doctoral applicants must hold a Master's degree; research program applicants must have an official invitation from a participating Korean university. Previous GKS recipients are not eligible.
Candidature
Two-track application: Embassy Track (apply through Korean Embassy in home country) or University Track (apply directly to a single Korean university). Every applicant undergoes two rounds of evaluation; specific steps and deadlines vary by embassy or university.
