Annual scholarship programme offered by the French Embassy in Kosovo to support Kosovar students to pursue a Master’s or Doctorate degree in France for the 2026/2027 academic year. Applications are open to all disciplines with particular attention to projects in digital, environmental sciences, energy, low-carbon mobility, food systems, ICT and related social sciences. The scholarship provides a monthly allowance, round-trip travel, health insurance and support from Campus France for housing; tuition fees are not covered. Franco‑Kosovar students are not eligible.

Kosovar students seeking to pursue a Master’s or a Doctorate in France; applicants must provide a Kosovar ID/passport and proof of application to a French higher education institution. Students with dual French‑Kosovar citizenship are ineligible.

Send required documents by email to scac.pristina-amba@diplomatie.gouv.fr before the deadline. Pre-selected candidates must provide a pre-enrolment certificate 45 days before the academic year and may be invited for an interview at the Embassy.
