Fellowship Program

WIPO's Fellowship Program places professionals in Geneva to develop technical and strategic knowledge of intellectual property and international cooperation. Fellowships last between 12 and 36 months (renewable up to three years) and include professional development and exposure to WIPO work. The programme is aimed at early-career professionals with at least a first-level university degree and offers a monthly stipend and other employment benefits.

Contract up to 12 months renewable to a total of up to three years; monthly stipend (3,000–8,000 CHF); 10 official holidays plus 2.5 days annual leave per full month; medical and professional accident insurance coverage; relocation travel expenses; access to internal training and study leave; UN languages training if required.

Candidates must possess at least a first-level university degree (e.g., a bachelor’s degree).
