The AIG Public Leaders Programme 2026 is a flagship leadership capacity-building initiative for public sector leaders across Africa. Delivered in partnership with the University of Oxford’s Blavatnik School of Government, it provides an intensive executive education experience focusing on leadership, policy, and management skills. The programme includes blended instruction, practical exercises, simulations, capstone project work, peer learning, and guided reflection, with accommodation and meals provided during the residential components.

Conditions d'éligibilité
