MILEAD Fellows Program for Young African Women Leaders 2026

The MILEAD Fellows Program is a leadership development initiative for young African women, featuring a three-week residential Summer Institute in Ghana and a community change project. It aims to identify, nurture, and elevate emerging female leaders across Africa, equipping them with skills and support for leadership roles. The program will grant opportunities to 25 outstanding young women who have demonstrated leadership potential in their community, organization, or profession.

Open to passionate emerging African women leaders aged 19-25 who are ready to create a positive impact in their communities.
