A WE-Heraeus seminar on the mathematical foundations of quantum mechanics, revisiting John von Neumann's contributions and their impact on current research. The event brings together active scientists to outline current research and retrace historical roots. It is intended to attract participants from junior to senior stages. The conference language will be English and the Wilhelm and Else Heraeus-Foundation covers the cost of full-board accommodation for all participants.
