UNHCR’s Tertiary Refugee Scholarship Programme (DAFI) 2026/2027 for refugee students

The scholarship covers a range of costs including tuition, study materials, food, transportation, and accommodation, with a focus on enabling access to higher education for refugees.

Financial support for tuition, study materials, food, transportation, and accommodation; includes opportunities for academic and professional development.

Applicant must be a recognized refugee or asylum seeker living in Rwanda, with university admission in Rwanda; priority to those with excellent academic performance; only one family member can apply; not eligible if currently receiving another higher education scholarship or if departing for resettlement.
