The Seplat Energy Technical Graduate Trainee Programme is a structured development programme for early-career engineers and technical graduates. It combines hands-on, on-the-job technical experience with structured training and exposure to real operational environments, aimed at developing core technical competencies and professional skills for a long-term technical career within Seplat Energy.

Minimum a Bachelor’s degree (2:1) in a relevant pure science or engineering discipline, with five O’Level credits including Mathematics and English, and completion of NYSC with discharge certificate or exemption letter.
