BMW Group South Africa Yes4Youth (Y4Y) Programme 2026

The Yes4Youth (Y4Y) Programme is a 12-month internship program in South Africa designed to address youth unemployment by providing hands-on workplace experience in participants' chosen fields. It targets recent graduates who have completed their studies and aims to place them in a structured development environment at BMW Group South Africa, with placements in Gauteng at specified locations.

Participants must be between 18 and 34 years old, have completed their studies, and be currently unemployed. They must not have previously participated in a Y4Y program.
