The France Excellence Doctoral Scholarships 2025 for young Ivorians

The France Excellence Doctoral Scholarships are scholarships awarded by the Cooperation and Cultural Action Service (SCAC) of the French Embassy to support doctoral studies in France. They are intended for students and teachers in higher education institutions to pursue doctoral training in specific fields and sub-themes prioritized by the program. The scholarship includes a monthly allowance and related social security support, with additional funding considerations managed by Campus France Paris and the French Embassy delegation.

Monthly scholarship allowance, social security coverage, plus scholarship management fees; travel expenses are the responsibility of the recipient.

Applicants must be Ivorean and French-speaking, hold a Master’s degree or equivalent, be under 40 years old (for certain teaching staff renewals), declare any other financial support, and commit to covering their round-trip transport costs.
