Yousriya Loza-Sawiris Scholarship in USA 2026

Yousriya Loza-Sawiris Scholarship is a fully funded scholarship to study in the USA, administered for the Sawiris Foundation for Social Development. It targets applicants pursuing a Master of Development Practice (MDP) program at the Hubert H. Humphrey School of Public Affairs, University of Minnesota, with selection based on financial need and merit.

Full tuition paid; travel expenses covered; living expenses covered; health insurance; partial second-year funding with work requirement.

Open to Egyptian nationals living in Egypt who have a bachelor’s degree or equivalent and meet the MDP program entry requirements.
