IHS-TSH Changemaker Scholarships in Netherlands

The Changemaker Scholarship, offered by the Institute for Housing and Urban Development Studies (IHS) in partnership with the TSH Talent Foundation, provides full tuition and accommodation support for eligible MSc Urban Management & Development students. Applicants must have unconditional admission to the MSc in Urban Management & Development at IHS and demonstrate strong English proficiency. The scholarship targets candidates facing social, economic, educational, or structural disadvantages, and includes mentorship and access to a Changemaker community.

Full tuition fee coverage for the MSc programme; one year of housing at Rotterdam Social Hub; access to Aspire Workshop Series; mentorship; volunteer opportunities and social/cultural events; gym access and mental health support; lifelong membership in the Changemaker community

Open to all countries; applicants must hold unconditional admission to the MSc in Urban Management & Development at IHS, meet English proficiency requirements, and demonstrate potential to contribute to social impact.

Submit the Changemaker Scholarship application to IHS by 22 February 2026, including a motivational letter and a letter of intent; wait for selection outcome by 15 March 2026; if selected, accept the offer and transfer the living deposit by end of March 2026
