Chemical Sciences

Chemical Sciences is a research-oriented Master of Science programme designed for international graduates with a Bachelor's degree in chemistry or a closely related field. The programme offers specialisation across a broad spectrum of research areas, combined with advanced, hands-on laboratory training, and prepares students for independent research projects. It begins every winter semester, lasts four semesters (120 ECTS), and includes two research internships and a master’s thesis in the final semester. EU citizens do not pay tuition, while non-EU citizens pay a tuition of 1,500 EUR per semester.

Tuition fees vary by citizenship: EU citizens pay no tuition; non-EU citizens pay 1,500 EUR per semester.

A Bachelor's degree of at least six semesters in duration (or equivalent) in chemistry or a closely related field of study. Knowledge and skills equivalent to those required to complete a Bachelor's degree in chemistry. Proficiency in English for non-native speakers as specified.
